Co-Worker Feedback>> Teamwork Appraisal Survey (TAS)

The co-worker feedback companion to the STI. We recommend at least 3 TASs for each STI used to maximize effectiveness.

Tailored to team members, the TAS provides a comparative assessment on one's behavior within the team. The arrangement of the TAS permits direct, question-by-question comparisons between it and the STI. These comparisons (and the discussions surrounding them) enable individuals to understand the impact of their team behaviors.
